"I highly recommend Dr. Bucci’s Centenarian Method to help implement an overall healthy lifestyle - not just a quick diet to lose weight in short order. I have tried several quick/harsh/intense diet programs (keto, lemon juice cleanses, protein shake-based diets) only to regain the weight about a year or so later. The Centenarian Method challenged my thought process of “how to be healthy” and shifted my mindset to maintain consistency over intensity. The Centenarian Method is not a diet, it's a lifestyle and fits easily into your daily operations. I was entirely surprised at the wide variety of food suggestions from Dr. Bucci as I almost never felt I was cutting out most foods/food groups. In addition, I felt heavy accountability to stick to the program given I would speak with Dr. Bucci weekly to manage/adjust the program as needed. I always came out of each call with a helpful tidbit of knowledge and positive reinforcement. Some weeks were better than others sticking to the program, but Dr. Bucci was always able to consult on the best way to manage through a hectic lifestyle of parenting, work, and life situations. The content of the program was very informative and easily adaptable into my life routine. In summary - I feel that I can stick to the program (which is now my lifestyle) for years to come without feeling restricted and/or compromising on quality of life. Try it out!"

"The Centenarian Method helped me lose weight, but more importantly, it made me more aware of my eating habits and the importance of healthy eating. It's not that "challenging." Planning makes it much easier. I now examine restaurant menus before I arrive so that I can make wise choices. Dr. Guy is so knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. He gave me explanations for slower weekly result. He also provided menu suggestions and alternatives for me. I can't begin to explain how much I relied on his information."
